  We missed seeing the small sign ( on the beach)stating a very small piece of the beach was for dogs and were comfortibly settled at a picnic bench in the trees (it turns out a short distance from that area) and were asked to leave that area because of our dog. There was not a spot of sand left to be had on that VERY SMALL area -- no where to sit !

  I've been going to wasa my entire life. Four generations of my family have either lived here or visited frequently. It's gorgeous in the summer but can be very crowded on the lake on weekends. Winters are quiet and snowy. The campground is beautiful and big so should be no issues with reservations. Many cabins are offered for renting or bnb. Main Beach on the north end of the lake provides laundry and water equipment rentals.

  Lake was fun for the short time we were there. We came to Wasa Lake because we were told its beach was dog friendly .

  I love this place and I will definitely bring the kids back for future summer visits. Big sites with lots of room between. Flush outdoor toilets. Solar heated showers. Close to biking trails and of course Wasa Lake.

  Real nice spot, short drive from Kimberly. Has a designated beach for dogs, so that made my big ol' pupper real happy.

  So we packed up 4 adults , 3 kids , dog, and left the park . We had driven some distance so our four legged family member could join us for a days fun . Disappointed.

  Beautiful send beaches, warm Lake to swim in. Campground is well maintained with friendly camp hosts. Bathrooms with flush toilets and showers really make this a pleasant place to camp. Most campsites are large with plenty of space from your neighbours. Our family has been camping here for 40 something years and we keep going back.

  But I feel they need to expand the Dog Beach... They need better signage !!
